What is a CMS?
A content management system: the part of a website where you change pages and posts yourself, without touching code.
Is this like WordPress?
It does the same job, with only what you need. Fewer moving parts means fewer updates, fewer break-ins and faster pages.
Can you move my current website over?
Yes. We move your pages and posts, and keep your old links working so you do not lose your place on Google.
How long does a CMS website take?
Usually 3 to 6 weeks. A small site with its words ready is quicker. More page types, two languages or a lot of old content take longer.
How much does a CMS website cost?
From RM 1,290, with no plugin fees. More types of page, content to move and a second language add to it. After one call you get one fixed price, before we start.
Are there monthly fees?
No plugin or licence fees. You pay for hosting and your domain, both in your own name. A care plan is optional.
Can I add new pages myself?
Yes. Pick a page type, like a service or a post, and fill it in. It comes out in your design every time.
What if I break something?
You cannot break the design, because you edit the words and pictures, not the layout. And every version is kept, so any change can be undone.
Can I control who changes what?
Yes. Writers can draft, editors can publish, and only admins change menus and settings. Each person has their own login.
Can I schedule a post?
Yes. Pick a date and time, and it goes live on its own. Good for promotions, news and public holidays.
Can I edit from my phone?
Yes, for quick fixes, prices and posts. Longer pages are easier on a computer.
Will big photos slow my site down?
No. Upload them as they are. The site resizes and compresses each one, and sends phones a smaller copy.
Do I need to update plugins?
No. There is no plugin pile to keep up with. The few updates it needs are small, and a care plan covers them if you like.
What if I need something the editor cannot do?
Ask us. A new page type or block is a small job, priced before we start, and then your team can use it again and again.
Can we leave and take the site with us?
Yes. The site, its code, the words and the pictures sit in your own accounts. Any developer can take it over.
