How to rearrange, rotate or delete PDF pages on Windows

Three steps, all on your PC. Nothing is uploaded.

  1. Open Tools › PDF › Organise pages and choose a PDF.

  2. Turn pages, drag them into a new order, or remove the ones you do not need.

  3. Save the organised PDF. The original is not changed.

    The new copy is opened again to make sure every page is there.

Honest limits.

What this tool does not do, said plainly.

  • Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked first, with Unlock PDF.
  • A PDF needs at least one page, so the last page cannot be removed.
  • Custom page labels (such as i, ii, iii) are dropped when the order changes.

How do I rotate one page of a PDF?

Open Organise pages, click the page and choose Turn left or Turn right, then save. Only that page turns.

How do I delete pages from a PDF?

Select them in Organise pages and choose Remove, then save. Start again brings every page back before you save.

Does reordering pages lower the quality?

No. Pages are moved, not redrawn, so everything on them stays exactly as it was.

Is Organise PDF pages in Podalls Convert free?

Is my file uploaded anywhere?
