No surprises.
- Text changes piece by piece, so surrounding paragraphs do not reflow.
- A scan’s words need Recognise text before they can be selected; what the scan looks like cannot be retyped.
- Saving a signed PDF invalidates its signature. You are warned first.

Does it keep my fonts?
Retyped text uses the document’s typeface when it is installed on your PC, otherwise the closest family.
Can I edit a scanned document?
You can annotate and whiteout a scan. To select its words, run Recognise text first.
