Save the installer
Download for Windows saves PodallsConvert-Setup.exe to your Downloads folder.
Microsoft Edge may say the file isn’t commonly downloaded: few people have this exact build yet. Choose … › Keep, then Show more › Keep anyway.

Why Windows warns you
Not signed yet.
Still checkable.
Windows trusts programs by who signed them. Signing needs a paid certificate, and this free app does not have one yet.
- The warning is about the missing signature. Windows found nothing in the file.
- The SHA-256 below proves your copy is exactly the file we published.
- Once the installer is signed, this warning goes away for everyone.
Verify the download
Thirty seconds.
Complete certainty.
A SHA-256 is a fingerprint of the file. If a single byte were different, the fingerprint would be too.
The checksum could not be loaded just now. Every release lists its own on the releases page.

Windows blocked it and there is no Run anyway
That is Smart App Control, found on some Windows 11 PCs. It blocks unsigned apps outright and has no per-app exception. Turning it off affects the whole PC, so we do not suggest it for one app: wait for the signed installer, or ask whoever manages the PC.
My browser removed the download
Microsoft Edge hides files that few people have downloaded. Open Downloads, choose … next to the file, then Keep, Show more and Keep anyway. Other browsers have a similar Keep option in their downloads list.
My antivirus quarantined the installer
Some antivirus products flag new, unsigned programs by reputation alone. Check the SHA-256 first. If it matches, restore the file from quarantine, and tell us through Feedback so we can report the false alarm to the vendor.
Setup asks for an administrator password
You chose Install for all users. Cancel, run the installer again and choose Install for me only, which needs no administrator rights.
How do I update later?
Podalls Convert checks for a new version about once a day and offers to install it. Settings also has Check for updates. Running a newer installer works too: it closes the app, replaces it and keeps your settings.
How do I uninstall it?
Open Windows Settings › Apps › Installed apps, find Podalls Convert and choose Uninstall. Your documents are ordinary files and stay where they are; the app’s settings file in %APPDATA%\Podalls Convert is kept.
Does it work on Windows 10?
The installer runs on Windows 10 version 1809 or later, but Windows 11 on a 64-bit Intel or AMD PC is what we test and support.
